SO I HAVE COME HERE FOR HELP BECAUSE I THINK SOMETHING IS VERY VERY WRONG, or I have done some things wrong. This morning when I opened laptop hard drive shows 17.2GB free. Upon looking at my Hard Drive Space it showed not much room gained by deleting what CC Cleaner told me, still 6GB. Using CC Cleaner yesterday, I deleted stuff it told me I could delete.

Just last, my Hard Drive shows I have more space when I delete "PSDR", say it shows 6GB from 1.2GB, every time "it" extracts I have a look and see the 6GB free then 4GB, then 2GB etc.

I have downloaded "IO BIT Advanced SystemCare" but have not installed or tried it, thinking I am gonna makes things worse or click something wrong.

Searching the WEB I have downloaded CC Cleaner where someone said it shows more "UNINSTALL" features than Windows 7 standard, THIS DIDN'T WORK. I really don't want to change from Windows 7, I don't want to reinstall it either.ITS LIKE MOVING HOUSE WITH MY BIKE INSTEAD OF A MOVING TRUCK.

One said they were trained and/or could only help Windows 10 operating systems, that "support for Windows 7 had ended". HP operators in chat say I need to reinstall Windows 7, THEY HAD NO SOLUTION. Whilst having them stay on chat, doing as they say deleting all, the files appear almost instantly on the C drive, "Programs (86)" files etc etc. I have spoken to 4 hp chat personnel whom have guided me through searching and deleting the program. I HAD TO DO THIS BECAUSE IN CONTROL PANEL>UNINSTALL THERE WAS NO "HP PSDR" or "PSDR".Īfter deleting it all, an hour later its back! Or the next time I open laptop, ITS BACK! The first time I seen the multiple extraction, installing itself and opening itself, I opened file location and prceeded to delete. THIS CONTINUED TO HAPPEN DAILY, SOMETIMES TWICE OR THREE TIMES A DAY.

Then I happened to see "PSDR" extracting window one day, then PSDR would open on its own. I became aware when my laptop was very slow and suddenly got a message that I had low disk space. The HP PSDR extracts itself whenever it wants, and multiple times, then installs itself, then opens itself. I am running Windows 7 with all the updates I believe up to the end of "7" updates. I installed everything (construction worker me). The web told me to get "HP Print & Scan Doctor", so I downloaded it from the HP website along with 2 updates that were visible, a 'critical and standard' patch/update. Hi people, I am Tony just a home user and work in construction, I'm not a computer professional.Īfter Adobe Flash ended, I could not open HP Toolbox for my printer.
